About the Project

Kosem Sitesi, which was implemented by Cavusoglu Yemenler Yapi Inc., consists of 52 flats in two blocks. The project includes 2+1 and 3+1 flats. 2+1 flats in Kosem Sitesi have a gross size of 95 to 97 square meters and a net size of 71 to 75 square meters. The project includes open and closed car parks, generator, 24/7 security system, water tank, children’s playgrounds and camellias.

In the Kosem Sitesi project, the maturity is made with a 72-month promissory note, interest-free, without a bank or a guarantor, within the company.

Located in the center of Pendik, within walking distance to Neomarin Pendorya AVM, Metro market and Garanti Bank Headquarters building, Kosem Sitesi is located 5 minutes from the E5 highway and 8 minutes from Sabiha Gokcen Airport.

Kosem Sitesi, where transportation is no longer a problem due to its proximity to the main street, was planned as a boutique concept project. The flats in the project are built with first class materials and heat and sound insulation is provided.
