Nevbahar Kemer Konaklari project, implemented by Kalyon Insaat, is built on a land of 20 thousand 380 square meters. The project consists of 16 blocks and includes 137 residences. The project includes 2+1 duplex, 3.5+1 duplex, 4+1 garden floor and 4+1 triplex types with areas ranging from 185 to 316 square meters. While 4+1 triplex villas are designed as detached, others have shared use.
