ALC Villages

About the Project

The ALC Villages project, developed by Geyat Inc., consists of 18 detached villas. The villas in the project are of 5+1 type, with a gross size of 275 square meters and a net size of 230 square meters. In the ALC Villages project, a choice of outdoor or indoor detached swimming pool is offered. All of the villas have independent entrances and will be delivered with private inner gardens around them. The villas will have underfloor heating and natural fireplaces.

ALC Villages project, located in Dogantepe Villages area in Silivri-Selimpasa, known as the famous summer resort area of Istanbul, promises a life with the comfort of a holiday village.
