There will be direct entrance to the shopping mall from the 5th floor. The average shop size is between 100 and 1,500 square meters. The sales price of a shop in the project starts from ₺12 million. For sales made in Turkish lira, a 25% down payment is required, while the remaining amount is paid in 18 equal installments.
