About the Project

The project has successfully implemented many buildings in the fields of residences, villas, business centers, hotels, pools, restoration, decoration, landscaping and landscaping. Eksen Houses have gained customer satisfaction with its experience and knowledge gained especially in the design and implementation of luxury residences, villas, mansions, workplaces and hotels.

The project consists of 9 residences. Ground floor and 1st floors are 2+1, gross 110, net 90 square meters. The 2nd floor is a 3+1 duplex with a gross area of 135 square meters and a net area of 115 square meters.

We follow a stable path in the project by creating earthquake-resistant quality structures and delivering the commitments on time and in full.

It has gained customer satisfaction with the ultra-luxury projects it has implemented within the Tepekent villas campus, which is Turkiye’s largest villa city project, located in Buyukcekmece, Istanbul, surrounded by nature and built on an area of six and a half million square meters.
