About the Project

The Invest Vadi project, which sets out with the slogan “Istanbul’s most privileged life rises in the Vadi”, will include 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 5+1 flats and villas. The size of flats in Investvadi varies between 73 square meters and 486 square meters. The project, which includes 7 villas with large gardens, also includes a residence block with 202 flats that will serve with a 5-star hotel management concept.

Invest Insaat loved ‘Vadi’!

Invest Insaat’s long-awaited project, Investvadi, is being implemented in the Sariyer – Ayazaga region, which has become one of the most valuable spots in Istanbul. Investvadi, Invest Insaat’s third project in the region, rises on a 23 thousand 500 square meter land at the most valuable point of Ayazaga.

Invest Insaat Chairman of the Board of Directors Bahattin Ucar said the following about the project; “Today, the Ayazaga region, which we call ‘Vadi’, has become one of the most valuable locations in Istanbul. The entire character of the region has changed with Vadistanbul, which we implemented as a joint venture, Vadikoru, which we developed immediately afterwards, and Investvadi, which we started to build in the same region. We are developing Investvadi, which we have positioned at the most valuable point of the region, with an investment of ₺2.3 billion. In the contract of the project for which we have started construction work, we undertake to deliver it in 24 months, but we aim to complete it in a short period of 18 months. As with all our projects to date, we aim to deliver our Investvadi project before the promised date. Specially for the launch period, we started the sales price per square meter of residences at ₺87 thousand. We aim to complete the sales by updating the prices in the next few days.”

Investvadi, for the first time in the region, includes detached villas with large gardens and seating areas, flats with gardens and residences with large balconies and terraces. Invest Vadi project rises on Azerbaijan Street, adjacent to Vadistanbul, Liv Hospital and Vadi Koru projects.
