About the Project

The Isiltili Evler project, built by Baskent Insaat, consists of 77 flats in three blocks. The project also includes 6 commercial units. In Isiltili Evler Sancaktepe, 2+1 flats have a gross size of 110, net 88 square meters, and 3+1 flats have a gross size of 144, net 110 square meters.

The Isiltili Evler project, which was implemented in Sancaktepe, the developing region of the Anatolian Side of Istanbul, was planned as a family project with a boutique concept. In the project, which included only 77 flats, small flats such as 1+1 were not included. Flats were designed as 2+1 and 3+1.

Isiltili Evler Sancaktepe project includes an indoor car park, 2 outdoor and indoor swimming pools, 2 fitness centres, walking paths, fitness, ornamental pools, mini cafe and mini market.
