About the Project

Major Golyaka is positioned as a symbolic project in the planned urbanized Golyaka region of Avcilar. Major Golyaka, which includes 423 residences and 56 shops, is located next to the 122 thousand square meter park, which has become the center of attraction of the region.

Standing out with its low-rise, horizontal architecture, Major Golyaka has large landscaping areas, sports and social facilities. Major Golyaka has facilities such as walking paths, indoor pool, fitness center, pilates room, steam room, Turkish bath and sauna. 1+1 and 2+1 flats are provided with one car parking space, and 3+1 and 4+1 flats are provided with two car parking spaces.

In the project, which includes 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 types of flats with spacious usage areas and gardens and terraces, the size of the flats varies between 56 and 219 square meters.
