A different project bearing the signature of Murat ERENLER architecture, one of Istanbul’s distinguished architectural offices, in Kamiloba, one of the popular districts of Istanbul with its unique culture and life. It is designed for families and newlywed couples, where you will experience the excitement of the first day while returning home every day and be very happy with your loved ones.

Valued Kamiloba is close to main arteries, many shopping malls, prestigious educational institutions, hospitals and other important points.

Project Features

Touching nature in the new center of the city and smelling the freshly cut grass when you open your door makes everyone happy.

That’s why we allocated 1,000 m2 of Valued Kamiloba, which consists of 1,600 m2 areas, to landscaping areas.

It comes to life in Kamiloba, the most distinguished neighborhood of Buyukcekmece, which is one of the most important settlements in Istanbul and is becoming more valuable every day. Valued Kamiloba, which stands out with its 3-storey horizontal architecture, consists of 2 blocks and 16 residences.
