About the Project

Alya 4 Mevsim project, built by BOSS4 Real Estate, consists of 217 flats and 6 shops in 4 blocks. The blocks were designed as 13 and 15 floors. Flats are of 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 types. Located adjacent to Ayisigi Vadi Evleri, the Alya 4 Mevsim project includes a closed parking area with a capacity of 157 vehicles.

BOSS4 Real Estate, which has made investments in Beylikduzu and its surroundings to date, is also implementing ‘Alya 4 Mevsim’ in Esenyurt, in addition to the ongoing ‘Alya Teras’ in Levent. The launch of the Alya 4 Mevsim project, for which the pre-request process has been initiated, is aimed to be made at the end of September.
