About the Project

The project is a fully equipped family living complex consisting of 4 blocks, 289 flats and 12 commercial units, built on 8550 m2 of land.

The project land is planned as 5550 m2 of green area and social facilities. To elaborate: In the open area, there are walking tracks, camellias and children’s playgrounds accompanied by the ornamental pools you can see between the blocks. In the indoor area, the project provides services with sauna, Turkish bath, steam room, fitness, indoor swimming pool and conference rooms.

The project also has a 3-storey parking area with a capacity of 289 vehicles, and our project entrances and exits are under security surveillance 24/7.
