About the Project

Mari Vadi Evleri project, built by Mari Yapi, has a construction area of 2,400 square meters. In the project, which consists of a total of 480 independent sections in 3 blocks, there will be water tanks with a capacity to meet the needs in the buildings. 6 cm stone wool sheathing plaster will be applied on 13.5 mm bricks for heat and sound insulation on all exterior facades and balconies.

The new project of Mari Yapi, which has undertaken many projects especially in the Kagithane region, is Mari Vadi Evleri. Mari Vadi Evleri, located within the borders of Talatpasa District, is rising as an urban transformation project. Deliveries in the project will be made in 2024.

The social areas of the Mari Vadi Evleri project include a fitness center, camellia and outdoor seating areas, children’s playground, indoor car park, cafeteria and seating area on the terrace. In the project, which has a 24-hour CCTV closed-circuit camera system, elevators will be provided from the parking floors to the apartments. Parking lot entrances and exits will be controlled with a license plate recognition system.
