About the Project

Setting out to keep Gungoren’s district culture alive, the Semt Gungoren project will be a timely and green transformation project. The project, which was implemented for a greener Gungoren, is being built in accordance with family life with its horizontal architectural approach.

The income to be obtained from the Semt Gungoren project, Gungoren Municipality’s pioneering transformation project in urban transformation, will be transferred to the municipal budget and used as the source of new projects.

In the Semt Gungoren project, flats are sold by auction.

The Semt Gungoren project, developed by Gungoren Municipality, is carried out on an area of 6 thousand 400 square meters. The project, of which 2 thousand square meters is allocated to green area, has 96 flats and 8 shops in 2 blocks. In the Semt Gungoren project, 1+1 flats were planned as 59 to 62 square meters, 2+1 flats as 88 to 89 square meters, 3+1 flats as 126 to 160 square meters, and 4+1 flats as 164 square meters.

In the Semt Gungoren project, flat sales are made in cash.
