About the Project

Naturia Kemer project, implemented by Kurulus Construction, is built on a land of 10 thousand 388 square meters. There are 42 flats in the project, which consists of 8 blocks. In the project, where there are different housing types from 2+1 to 5+1, flat sizes start from 262 square meters. 2+1 flats have a garden area of 73 square meters.

Designed as a residential site on the edge of the Kemerburgaz settlement and the adjacent forest, the Naturia project derives its basic motivation from its relationship with topography. The project, which can be described as a hillside settlement, consists of row houses settled on reconstructed sets, conditioned by the existing slope of the land. The relationships between closed, open and semi-open spaces of residences bring about a series of measures to maintain the privacy of private areas, as well as efforts to benefit from daylight at the most reasonable level.

Naturia Kemer, which has the status of a green project with its spacious landscape designed in accordance with the structure of nature, creates an environment as spacious as the sky inside your home, while daylight floods into your home with specially designed and insulated large glass facades. Naturia Kemer, which you can reach from Maslak in 10 minutes, offers you a peaceful life where you can reach the most exclusive schools, hospitals, shopping malls, airport and main transportation axes in 25 minutes at most, without leaving the city.

Thanks to its green architecture in harmony with nature, Naturia Kemer is a candidate for the LEED Platinum certificate, which certifies that the building and interior spaces are designed and constructed according to environmentally friendly and sustainability criteria.
