In Tual Golyaka, which we designed with a horizontal architectural approach, we started our architectural project from the bottom, that is, from the bottom of the foundation. We discovered the ground features through detailed ground surveys. According to the findings we obtained, we created static projects of our buildings and determined the concrete and reinforcement requirements.

In Tual Golyaka, we build the structures on raft foundations with conventional reinforced concrete system, in accordance with earthquake regulations.
