About the Project

The Cadde Bakirkoy project is being implemented within the scope of the urban transformation process of Is Bankası Blocks located in Bakirkoy.

The project, renewed with the signature of Kiptas, consists of 118 residences and 2 shops in total. Cadde Bakirkoy, which offers apartment alternatives starting from 76 square meters and increasing up to 276 square meters, offers a unique location advantage to the residents of the site with its location.

Rising at the heart of transportation axes such as the Eurasia Tunnel, metrobus, Marmaray and ferry pier, the project also draws attention with its proximity to shopping points such as Capacity AVM and Carousel AVM.
