About the Project

Lotus Sinanoba project, built by Lotus Yapi Proje, consists of 70 flats in three blocks. The blocks were planned as ground + 5 floors. 2+1 flats in the project have a size of 105 square meters, 3+1 flats have a size of 135 square meters, and 4+1 flats have a size of 165 square meters. Lotus Sinanoba, which has a construction area of 15 thousand square meters, also includes 26 commercial units.

Lotus Sinanoba project, which was implemented in Sinanoba, the developing face of Buyukcekmece, was planned with a boutique concept. In the project where there are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 flats, 1+0 and 1+1 flats were not included. The Lotus Sinanoba project, which consists of low-rise blocks, includes social areas such as a closed car park, children’s playgrounds, seating areas in the landscape, a Turkish bath and a fitness centre. The apartments have a laundry room and an en-suite bathroom.

In the Lotus Sinanoba project, a 50% down payment is offered and the remainder is paid by credit upon delivery.
