Inas Yapi, a subsidiary of Onur Marketleri, completed VenAra Corlu, a 248-house, and VenAra Bagcilar, an urban transformation project with 422 houses, and delivered them to their owners in 2019. The third project, VenAra Gunesli, will be developed by the flat-for-money method on a land of 8 thousand square meters, in partnership with Conoglu Group of Companies and Inas Yapi.
VenAra Gunesli consists of 211 residences and 12 commercial units located on a construction area of 4 thousand square meters.
In VenAra Gunesli, designed by KDM Kent Dreams Center Architecture, the square meter usage ranges of the residences are planned as 70 to 75 square meters gross in 1+1s, 108 to 123 square meters in 2+1s and 151 square meters in 3+1s. The project, consisting of 2 blocks with 12 floors, will meet all kinds of social activity needs of flat owners.
