About the Nexonya Element Project

The second phase of the Element project, implemented by Nexonya Insaat in Umraniye Dudullu, has started. The foundations of the second stage of the housing project, which will rise in three stages as Element 1, Element 2 and Element 3, have been laid.

Element 2, whose foundations have been laid, has high earthquake safety and has been implemented with the latest technology, offering its users more than just a home. The social facilities of the project include a pool, children’s playground, camellia, basketball court, terrace park recreation area, hobby room, as well as a closed circuit camera system that provides 24/7 security in the project.

In the project where title deed deliveries have started, the advantage of early delivery continues. In Element 1, where deliveries are planned to be made in March 2023, the first deliveries of the residences are expected to be brought forward and start in December 2022, as the construction work continues rapidly. Deliveries of Nexonya Element, which rises with the quality combination of modern architecture and aesthetics, will begin in December 2023.

In Nexonya Element 1-2 and 3, the projects are built on a total of 12 decares of land. Element 1 is being built on a total of 4 thousand 289 square meters of land, and Element 2 is being built on a total of 3 thousand 915.34 square meters of land. Nexonya Element 1 consists of 9 floors and 72 flats on 2 blocks. Element 2 project has a construction area of 10 thousand 820 square meters; consists of 2+1 and 3+1 flat types. There are 92 flats in the Element 2 project, which is designed as 2 blocks of 15 and 9 floors.
